The truth what I gather so far is that the rule cannot be fully applicable all over America;  just look for the decent communities who life blood businesses went to China, and you would find people who are trying to bring back communities.

Personally, I think that for most of us in the investing world, the road to the first 10-20 doors will be marked with a great deal of blood, sweat and tears.

The body does not require it to remain healthy with walking, bending and stretching associated with normal daily activities.If you are living a sedimentary life style your diet needs to reflect that fact however additional walking should be added to maintain flexibility of muscles through increased blood circulation.
