I have also read and underlined most of the RichDad books and listened to all of their CD's and all of their podcast.I have found the program to be helpful - but it will not be the magic silver bullet to make you a real estate superstar.

It is not "hard" money because it is a loaned against a hard asset it is "hard" because it is actual money--in a past time it would have been gold or silver that was loaned.
