One thing to consider about Fort Washington is the traffic on Indian Head Highway will only continue to get worse as the area there continues to develop.

While with NPS I worked on The White House doing stone repair and painting, Congressional Cemetery exhuming General Alexander Macomb (who became Commanding General of the US Army during the War of 1812) due to collapse of his tomb which we later rebuilt, and pretty much any battlefield in the area during my Summer internships.  

I went in the Army, then went to trade school.

He had a magnificent plan, to conquer as far he could go with his army.

Those neighborhoods have aged well, College Hill and Riverside probably the two more popular places.Riverside/Indian Hills on the W Side near the park.College Hill, and Crown Heights are the two you are thinking of near Eastborough.  

@Bob Bowling  I just closed a deal In  PA and they did outsource the escrow to India.. it was frustrating to say the least.. the title and escrow company was in Atlanta and all comm was with indian folks ...... it was pretty funny actually ...

They said they have a love-hate relationship with them   Other coastal communities do restrict, such as Indialantic, which is a firm NO, Indian Harbour Beach which is a yes.
