Hi all,Wanted to get some advice on a 4 unit I found in eastern New York.

I personally am looking into investing in other areas nearby, specifically I am looking at part of central and eastern PA.

I dont know where Downingtown PA is but I assume you are in the Eastern part of the state. 

So I found this property in South Eastern CT that was a perfect fit for my application. 

I'm looking to stay within the 100-125k range.I'm finding in the expensive eastern Massachusetts market, it is difficult to make the numbers work - the prices are high and a lot of offers are going for close to asking price (even for rehab properties). 

Most of my recent SFH deals that I've purchased for my own portfolio or brokered for others are located in southern Colorado Springs around Security/Widefield, or eastern Colorado Springs between Powers Blvd and Falcon.

I dont have an answer but its an issue and with the younger generation forgoing the trades I suspect its not going to get better .If I look at my Oregon trades its heavy to Hispanic  with Russian eastern block doing all of our flooring and hard surfaces in the home. 

I'm looking mainly for single-fams and multi-fams in eastern Massachusetts (from Worcester, east) for both flips and buy and hold.
