From experience, map out the pages that you will need then take them to a couple of web design firms, at that point you will get a good idea of what it will cost, additionally, they will build you an admin site where you can add/delete homes, track your page views and understand who is hitting your site.

If the borrower signed the documents, and there is an 'investor loan' on the property, with the 1-4 family rider recorded, where per clause "E" the borrower acknowleges "BORROWER'S RIGHT TO REINSTATE" says DELETED... then you are ****ed.

It is YOU, not him, who is going to end up on the wrong side of this.In fact, I strongly encourage you to change your user name (you are allowed to use a last initial, as I do, rather than your whole name) and delete your profile picture.
