Should i put the house only under my name since they are not US Citizens neither live in the US?

The City council meetings are also open to the public and every attending person is allowed 3 min of citizens input to the council.

If these happen to be, say 6 o7 years old they might already be considered senior citizens and spend much of their time sleeping.

Being fluent in five different languages, I have a sufficient grasp in communicating with different people, and thus, have developed a sincere bond of commitment and service to my fellow citizens.

Rents are good compared to much of the west, taxes are reasonable, insurance is reasonable, tenants tend to be decent citizens in my experience, and rents have been skyrocketing the last couple years!  

It doesn't sound like they are anywhere near model citizens but you will lose if you stoop to their level.
