 All good advice I would also join the News group of the apartment association of Southeast Wisconsin and read the thread’s all good information I’ve learned a lot plus you can post questions and answers there but I would just basically start a home search just getting a feel for market prices also check the Sunday paper and see what the going prices are in certain areas and then eventually work with a realtor
