Funds to go on a mission for their church.

They are based in Charlotte and have a great team and mission.

If I were in your position (assume young, no kids, quite a bit of money to invest) I would leverage the money into as nice a small multiplex (duplex to quad) that you could afford (maybe Mission Beach) and live in one unit and STR the other units.If this STR legislation goes into affect most San Diego STRs will no longer be allowed to be an STR (at least not more than 90 days/year). 

Section 8 is something that I would like to eventually get into, because we've written into our business mission statement to provide "affordable housing".

So i've jumped back up on my horse and I'm going to ride out again on another journey but with the same mission.

Since 2009 I have been leasing it to groups of students that attend a local ministry school, Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, and now to YWAM Youth with a Mission.
