@Lisa T.If you already have your properties in local LLC why do you want to move them out to a new LLC.Ideally you will have each property in a local LLC and this LLC will be owned by a single member that would be your holding LLC.You would only have to create the holding LLC and then amend your local LLC to reflect the change of member.You can create the holding LLC as a regular LLC or you can create a series LLC and use the parent of the series as the holding and keep the children LLC of the series for future properties in WY.

If the lease ends before the 90 days is up should I still up the rent or wait until the 90 days of the notice are over and amend the lease?

The next day I brought two notices; a Notice to Quit for Illegal Activity and a Conditional Release Amendment.

If I go that route, I would probably approach the tenants at the 6 month mark and discuss amending/extending the lease at that point. 

As a non-lawyer that likes to guess the outcomes, I suspect it is indeed an amended contract that has not been accepted.

Anything in the contract can be crossed out or amended and initialed.
