There is an Army post just outside of Sharm and I was there during the revolution.

I work full time for the Vermont Army National Guard, and my wife is a stay at home mom.

I would start with House #2 and just pay down the 65K if I did start paying down mortgages.I will retire out of the Army in 7 years.

Satellite beach is minimum 30 days, unless you are direct ocean, Cocoa Beach is a yes, Indian Harbour Beach has a lot of hoops to jump through and is a "yes with conditions" and so forth.

You're ARM is likely going to jump 2% this year.

Also, good PM companies have a small army of contractors, handymen, etc who have negotiated prices and since they share liability with you, they will attempt to ensure the property is well run.
