For all the good that has come from reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" I'm not a fan of what I have seen from of the supplemental materials and their associated costs (disguised as investments at the seminars).

Example if I purchased somewhere where unit price is $60k I need to purchase 10 units to get $600k of property but if I purchase somewhere where unit costs are $300k then I only need 2 properties That is 1/5 as many tenants, kitchens, roofs, yards, foundations, walls, etc I suspect you know the general benefits of house hack anywhere including experienced gained, supplemented residence costs, benefit of principle pay down, ideally appreciation, etc.

You're right that everyone above 18 must be named in order to get them evicted (only in the foreclosure setting).One way I have found helpful is to contact the police department and see if they'd be willing to accompany me to the property to conduct an on-site inspection (to make sure there are no dangerous conditions inside the property) and to get the names of the individuals inside.If you have occupants living in the property that are not named defendants, all you need to do is get a supplemental order of possession naming them.

Throughout the last 3 months as coronavirus has hit San Diego hard, the state of California and the federal government has done a great job to supplement incomes which has lead our 700+ units to maintain a 96-97% rent collection throughout the pandemic.

@Sat Palshetkar - Normally for a househack, and especially where interest rates are right now, you might have to supplement a small amount of the mortgage, however if you take into account that you would have been paying rent, that is far cheaper and you are building equity / wealth.
