I'd love to connectI considered going but the price approaches BPCon with a speaker list less established than many single panels at BPCon.  

That took me completely by surprise, because we're very quiet, with no visitors, late night parties, hell, I didn't even hook up my speaker system just not to make any noise.

IMN started doing one in Florida and had a roster of high level speakers, but I didn't go so I can't really give my opinion.

I just looked up InvestHer and saw that you were a STR panel speaker! 

Its a well known fact that the seminar fulfillment business is based in Utah  not all but most of them.keep in mind many of these companies full fill not only for real estate but for motivational speakers like Tony Robbins etc.one of the reasons they are relentless is the work force think of the missionaries going door to door they are very good at what they do and they are immune to negative responses on the phone etc..Nudge is another that has a massive class action suit against it.. 

Mastermind, Guest Speaker or just a casual meetup to chat.

We never know.Example: In 2010 my wife and I went on our first ever cruise along with about 200 other members, spouses and speakers which was organized by the National Real Estate Investors Association.

i've been lucky, i guess, to have attended, and attend, several BP-inspired 'no pitching allowed' clubs, that have speakers willing to share their journeys.
