What gets tricky is that if that original pot of money included parameters like it is interest only for 12 months - and then you end up doing a loan for longer than 12 months - your monthly payment on that loan may be higher than what you are getting in payments from your borrower.

@Will Gaston Unfortunately denying some due to the emotional support animal could get you in trouble if they report to Fair Housing - we have even gotten into a debate with Fair Housing about an emotional support pot belly pig before.

You can really rack up the costs if this is the case... ask for $20K.2)  File for a creditor's exam in Texas - Now if they don't show up a bench warrant will be put out for arrest if they come back to Texas they will go to jail if pulled over.

The thinking being that even a smaller pot of money--if allowed to compound and grow over a number of years--would then result in tax-free withdrawals down the road.The assumption one must make in doing this is that the income drawn on down the road--since it's tax-free--would be more than if I kept my funds in the existing "regular" IRA, let those investments compound, and pay taxes when I withdraw.Looking forward to responses!
