That could be a small price to pay for having access to arguably the best outdoor vacation sports in the Spring and Summer though.

People come for golf, wine tasting, water sports, skiing etc.

The area is always expanding the business district as well as downtown, from Access to low cost regional talent, competitive real estate cost, strong work ethics and excellent facilities for sports, shopping, leisure and healthcare.

I was feeling stuck, as I was tapped out of my own capital (but rich in time/information), and the convention made me realize that EVERYONE reaches a point where this has to become a team sport.

1.) its the better city lol. 2.) we have the sports teams & the colleges that attract a different type of crowd (Cleveland State, Baldwin College , Cuayahoga Community College, & etc ) that people would want to come live in the city & also rent property from you.

The top 10 or so communities that have great amenities and location to Disney will continue to do well as they market globally, have the relationships of tour group operators, travel agents, youth sports leagues and all the others that come here for Disney or as a stop to get to the cruise ports or whatever.You mentioned Reunion specifically.
