If you're sitting on a pot of money all year until you find another good deal it probably makes sense to use the IRA.

Told her it's got to be cleaned whenever to soup boils over and after pot of soup.

Also, my rental is geared towards families - a pot of coffee is faster/easier/cheaper than ~6 Keurig pods/keeping up with replacements!  

Kind of goes with the saying "**** or get off the pot", They have to pay or potentially have to vacate. 

I believe there are roads in Bagdad with less pot holes than the one I was on. 

I am on the 2nd (porcelain) tile floor in my own kitchen over 20 years, and even with 3/4 subfloor, cement board, high strength thinset with flex agent, there are still about 6 or 7 hairline cracked tiles from where something heavy has been dropped on them - errant can, hot pot, milk jar, etc.

I do expect that the influx of people will subside eventually as many come only for pot and then see that they can't survive here and move on.
