To be clear, capital controls in Greece meant a freeze on citizens taking THEIR OWN MONEY out of THEIR OWN BANK ACCOUNTS, money that THEY put in those accounts in the first place.

Just declare yourself to be a “sovereign citizen”.

Make sure you are shopping new carriers, including Citizens. 

Very sad that our legal system ends up hurting senior citizens who get taken advantage of by POS tenants.

A senior citizen can file for exemption.

Another question, I am a Canadian citizen, living in Canada.

I didn't bring them up because those subsidies are to the benefit of the energy industry (or investors), not individual citizens.

Consider joining the local rental alliance called Poconos Association of Vacation Rental Owners (PoconosVRO), a trade association designed to help out of the area owners like you not feel like second-class citizens. 

Because of the age of the house (1957) location citizens insurancr is  the only insurance that will ensure us.
