@Michael Ealy Part 2 did not disappoint.

It is the same house, that attracts the same people -- us, and a whole lotta wholesalers.The only difference is the seller gets to pay that realtor for the excruciating effort of writing up a listing and throwing a lockbox on the door, and helping them sort through disappointingly low offers.

I’m so disappointed I won’t be able to make this.

However, if my son decided to become a full-time investor and mentor under the right people I would not be disappointed.

I've also been disappointed with a few that have appraised for less than they are worth by a quite a bit. 

You'll probably be disappointed in what is actually considered legitimate, deductible mileage as a LL.  

But Im not disappointed terribly. 

There are good and bad in all professions, but you have to accept responsibility for the success of the relationship or at least for failing to appropriately vet someone before you got far enough down the path where they had the opportunity to disappoint you. 

I was pretty disappointed as I was really looking forward to not renting anymore.
