Now I know I'm gonna get a bunch of hate for saying this but I hold some of that money in gold, silver, and platinum and also carry a large whole life policy on my wife, son, and myself.

Close to DC like silver spring it probably overpriced.

I’ve got some junk silver because, well, some book I read in the 70s said that was smart.

One of my silver dollars still rests in its redone foundation to this day.Needless to say, I'd have jumped on the opportunity to live in one during college.
