Or I would buy in Windsor Hills and try to be one of the top 20 properties there, as location is the one thing you can never change and a thing people will always be looking for. 

With that being said, if there are any agents or investors located in Western NY willing to let me learn from them, or simply learn more about them, I am willing to work something out and/or possibly work for free.  

Each one has been a step up as far as space, location, and lay-out.

@Ana Vhan there are many commercial options where you can add multiple locations/multiple states onto a single policy.  

@Samir Haddad, where are you located at in Wyoming. 

Your designer says we would like to have a copy of the floorplans with the wall heights, window locations, plumbing and electrical.

The complex is gated, 10 mins from my work, and in a good location.
