I get the peace of mind / better sleep ideology of being a payment ahead, but how much better can the sleep and peace of mind get after 2,3,4,5,6 prepayments

What a confused mess of ideologies. 

But its not a distraction..... its an ideology.

However; we lost much of our freedoms already due to elitism, statism, and other wicked  ideologies.

I know that his ideology is opposite of kiyosaki which i am a fan follower and student of! 

@James Tedrow I think that anybody on this thread, who is actually a real estate investor, that votes for Joe Biden is purely doing so for ideological reasons.

Joe  Rock i agree its just like taking your highest interest rate credit card and pay those first.. those 15 to 30% ones your making/saving that money by paying that debt off.. problem with the max debt rental cash flow ideology is you simply have bad days or weeks or months with the average C/D for sure and some B .. along with what if you have a life event that you need to liquidate.. you have too much debt and you want to buy something else or start a business that is more profitable than rentals or any number of things. 

Not all states are hurting like California is...tax hikes and socialist ideology is driving businesses and individuals out of the state.

I’d rather B but the entry is more than I’m willing to do right now .c and d class can be very profitable .its a tough place to be but I grew up in poverty so I understand their ideology and how their poor choices created that mindset .one thing I learned investing in the hood is ( I’ll say it bluntly) you can’t be a wimp !
