Guess that happens as more and more landlords escape this ridiculous socialist ideology: there will be less supply, demand will increase or stay the same and rental prices will skyrocket, having the exact opposite effect of these politicians best wishes...creating more homelessness.

@James Tedrow I think that anybody on this thread, who is actually a real estate investor, that votes for Joe Biden is purely doing so for ideological reasons.

Joe  Rock i agree its just like taking your highest interest rate credit card and pay those first.. those 15 to 30% ones your making/saving that money by paying that debt off.. problem with the max debt rental cash flow ideology is you simply have bad days or weeks or months with the average C/D for sure and some B .. along with what if you have a life event that you need to liquidate.. you have too much debt and you want to buy something else or start a business that is more profitable than rentals or any number of things. 

Not all states are hurting like California is...tax hikes and socialist ideology is driving businesses and individuals out of the state.

So, if your argument is that this country is moving towards socialism/marxism because we're adopting ideologies of Lenin, then you'll have to explain why you haven't been arguing against socialized education and banking for the past 40 years (including TARP from the previous administration)...or at least accept that this is just one more step in a reform that has been going on for much of recent history in this country.

University campuses used to be a haven for tolerance and people safely airing a variety of ideologies-not any more-you either agree with me, or hit the road!
