Okay, I'll be hypocritical and include myself, but I don't have any intention of teaching, at least not in this arena as a paid instructor.Consider what state real estate commissions may require for agent's education, usually a master's degree and so many years as a broker, and then it may still be on a probationary basis, reviewed, examined as well as structured as to content.

I had originally wanted to flip houses, but it seems like it would be hard to find enough deals to keep me busy.If anyone in Denver has recommendations for agents or contractors, I'd love to hear them!

The house was in a profitable neighbor and was in the family for ages but was vacant and needed some updating to state the least.When the homeowner asked what was his offer over the phone; knowing the area comps and guestimating on the rehab(because he hadn't inspected the property at all) he stated 'somewhere between $65K and $85K'.
