As an example a one bedroom or studio apartment is going to rent faster than a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment.

My downstairs could be a studio apartment if I put in a kitchen.

Also a massive movie studio is relocating there.

I would like to convert a studio into a 1 bedroom.

But AirDNA seems to show that there are studios and 1BR properties taking in upwards of $500k per year with 85-99% occupancy.

I have invested in education and audio books and of course BP YouTube videos to learn.
