uDirect not only acts as custodians for IRAs and Roths, they also will administer HSAs and Coverdell ESAs.

I switched to using rentprep.com to simply get the background checks done, making it very easy on them to apply and pay, and for me to administer the process.

Have you checked with the probate court to see if an estate was opened and probate administered?

There are a number of companies that specialize in administering self directed IRA’s, of which Fidelity and Vanguard are not.

It is funny you should mention Dave Van Horn ... last I checked he is the guy whose company administers notes for the Bawldguy note fund.

I don't have a problem with having new features be fee-based (in fact I prefer it because it allows you to opt in or out and doesn't force you to pay for the added feature unless you want it; whereas if it were free then the costs of administering it would have to get rolled into the subscription price for everyone, whether they use it or not), but I would prefer if they would focus on fixing some of the minor issues with whatthey've alreadyrolled out first, rather than rolling out new stuff.

Section 8 in any other area is likely to be a much improved experience, as it is an entirely locally administered federally funded program. 

How do you administer it?

yes call the local Realtor Association which probably administers the MLS service and let the know.  

In Texas they are usually administered by a county appraisal district which sets the values.
