These types of centers for convenience are not going away anytime soon folks.If you are in a cold belt state or a weak suburban to rural area in a cold belt or warm belt state then you might have over retailed areas they may never bounce back.

If the town you live in is weak suburban to rural then usually a mom and pop firm is there that handles everything (residential, small time commercial under 2 million,etc.).

I just remembered I'm missing a key for 1 of the units after already emailing tenants yesterday saying that I will be entering their apartment with or without them present (hence suggesting I have keys).So my issue here is, if I were to ask the tent for a copy of a key I expose my weakness as a Landlord - not having a key.
