Not to get off topic in this thread, but I count about ten neighborhood classifications in my town that have clear distinctions, from the million dollar golf course homes to the 20K depressed areas. 4 categories isn't enough IMO to clearly identify the areas, much less the dwellings. :)

I was laid up for 6 months in pretty bad depression , watching late night TV and I bought all the courses , you know - Carlton Sheets , Kyosaki , Robert Allen , Trump -etc ... those tapes had some pretty far fetched ideas , BUT , they did make me think creative and got me excited about real estate.

It’s also a declining / depressed market.Many homes in WB in hay 30k range that can be renovated for a minimal amount and sold/ rented easily.
