You just have to learn to triage and prioritize his calls so that the unimportant/unnecessary ones don’t bother you. 

One upside to residential rentals is typically the only bill that will be prioritized over rent is the grocery bill.

@Alissa EngelI don’t think she is Targeting military,  and I respect her for putting the question out there sincerely but  I think her plan prioritizes her own gain at the expense of a military member in active service to the country. 

Some investors prioritize cash flow over larger balloon returns at the end of a deal.

Similar goals as well - working towards job freedom and prioritizing family.
