So I inherited a tenant that has a small green house worth of plants in pots on their balacony and inside.

I put a small partnership together for this deal some of my guys are in there with their Roth they are going to make some HUGE TRULY TAX FREE returns.. and of course we don't do anything.. we have the farm leased to a grass grower ( not Pot) but grass seed.. that pays the tax's and brings in a little income..  

I also evicted another tenant last year for smoking pot in the house.

Could be as simple as a bench warrant for missed court date for a traffic ticket .

The driveway became so rutted and terrible cars were getting stuck in the pot holes.

You NEED one for trimming or a 'bench' I used.

For stove burners, induction burners dont stay hot and shut off if there is no pot but they are pricey.

@Aziza Sackett I really like the sustainability of bamboo and I like the idea of growing it in pots on your rental property to make a little ancillary income, but I don't like the look of the knots in the flooring. 

There's a story of of a CPA, an attorney, a Qualified intermediary and a realtor all in the same car with a client driving when they hit a massive pot hole.
