I put a small partnership together for this deal some of my guys are in there with their Roth they are going to make some HUGE TRULY TAX FREE returns.. and of course we don't do anything.. we have the farm leased to a grass grower ( not Pot) but grass seed.. that pays the tax's and brings in a little income..

@Aziza Sackett I really like the sustainability of bamboo and I like the idea of growing it in pots on your rental property to make a little ancillary income, but I don't like the look of the knots in the flooring.
