My contract prohibits it.I think S8 is great for those women who want to pull themselves out of poverty.  

I could easily spend 10K in just the kitchen and women look at the kitchen and bathrooms.

One thing I learned was that there is a bit of exposure and I'd rather pay an experienced accommodation like Jack Shea to provide the service.Another thing I learned was that I have no use for all these women's shoes :-). 

Keeping it as a rental was my plan from the beginning when I bought it in 2004 and it makes me feel empowered knowing that that original thought has come to fruition. 

And also i was not charging 5000$ for the full list just for a particular property in my buyers criteria that home is worth 165k s a young women (24yo) inherited her dads home she doesn't even live in the same state of the property anymore im positive she would take what she could get and never look back @Derek B.

I had a bit of what I think is called analysis paralysis lol but In doing all three it eliminates the frustration in trying to pick just one route and also very empowering.

They have such a wide range of REIs on there, it makes me feel even more empowered to keep pushing.

The money and free time are great but when 60 year old women thank you with tears in their eyes..Priceless..
