The guy has fled to mexico for whatever he was doing as I understand and there is bunch of land that he left behind without paying taxes on it, part of which is the land next to me.

I have around $3k net income now off real estate (8 doors) its a cool feeling to know i could live off it if moved to an inexpensive country like mexico, peru, etc.
