Prioritize maximum yield as well.

We prioritize each differently. 

My first three investments are doing great- and I have the ability to invest in more- I just need to find those deals and put in the work to get it done. 2020 will be the year to focus, and re prioritize my real estate business. 

Be VERY transparent and show them-- it's their choice to prioritize you over say a cell phone bill. 

I found my fit based on my interests, though I prioritize my own rehabs these days and no longer make time to work much on investment projects that aren’t my own. 

Then see what your money can get you better in each city, and I'd prioritize the best location of the cities I could get in either.

Like you said, networking is sooo important and my partner and I are making it a goal of 2021 to really prioritize networking.

That was a stretch for me as I had to figure out how to prioritize the fixed and how to negotiate the deal based on that.

If you prioritize saving for that down payment over getting the fancy car and expensive apartment it makes it much easier to save at a faster rate.
