Hello,I wonder if anybody is leasing space to the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)? 

One thing no one's mentioned so far is to have both a small-size Leatherman (I use the Juice) and a Swiss Army Knife (I use the larger Hercules) with you at all times.

Currently away in AZ for the Army but I come back in February.

I am a 15 year Army Veteran with two Iraq tours.

As a military member who has moved 4 times in the last 4 years, and owns or has owned rental properties (primary residence rented out after PCS) around Army bases, BAH is definitely subpar in most markets.

I'm a Civil Engineer/Construction Manager by profession when I'm not with the Army so I'm not scared of getting involved in rehabs but would like as simple of an introduction to REI as possible to avoid any surprises.Hope this helps shed some more light on what I'm looking for!

Army, (honorable), with a lot of ambition and drive to be successful in real estate.

Thanks to the Army Corp Of Engineers, they turned the Everglades into real estate.

I mean, there’s literally THOUSANDS & THOUSANDS of houses selling for $70k-$150k all over the Poconos, including Milford, Narrowsburg, Calicoon, Stroudsburg, Bushkill, Arrowhead Lake, Indian Mtn Lake, Pocono Summit, Stillwater Lake Estates, Brier Crest, Tannersville, Mt Pocono, Tobyhanna, etc, etc, etc.I mean, you can buy 3-BR, 4-BR, & 5-BR houses for $70k-$150k and have PLENTY to choose from.

The scare of JBER moving/closing the Army side back a few years ago certainly dropped some prices in the area and they have yet to rebound, and im not sure they will in the near future.
