I'm interested in passive cash flow through real estate to enable me to stop trading my time for money.

Talking with other investors will enable you to gather personal information, so you develop the investor mindset.As far as becoming an agent, if you work it, you will earn lump sums of money. 

My focus has transitioned to buying large properties to enable me to scale quicker.

That enables you to hit them with smaller increases every year and stay closer to market without having to think/stress about it. 

Personally I believe education enables us to be more aggressive when you do end up pulling the trigger.

So, you basically have three options - (1) take the time to learn the commercial real estate investment business, with a concentration on real estate investment, financing and market feasibility; enabling yourself to do much of the analytical and structuring work yourself. (2) engage a real estate professional to represent you.  

I like the comments about providing local items, foods, or what-have-you to enable guests to experience the local area.

There are some pretty cool wifi enabled circuit breakers that I'm looking into for part of the RV site automation.

That would hopefully eventually enable me to reach my end goal somewhat faster.I'm open to suggestions, I'm wanting to start making enough for this to be my full time job within the next few months.
