What would be the most effective way to Market/Do business with this group of businessmen and women?

Service men and women are the reason we are able to be real estate investors and do well for our families.

I am not saying this guy is our Savior, but I understand solutions for moving us towards a stronger economy.The headline “FBI agents Surround Cult Leader’s Compound” creates a mental picture vastly different than “FBI agents Raid Small Christian Gathering of Women and Children.”

I do use a small bit of mosaic in the bathrooms a few tiles here and there definately not a strip but in the kitchen its just way to busy to use as a backsplash- I find myself getting dissy just looking at these pictures and when I look a rehabs I tend to just skip the ones with mosaic in the kitchens.I think a kitchen is somewhere you want to stay alot- especially as a woman I think kitchens should make women want to entertain so I prefer a more classic looking kitchen.

It's sad that you attribute this disagreement to you being a woman, as there are MANY MANY fantastic women on Bigger Pockets with great advice, many of which have come out to the Bay to share in non-pitching way, that both myself and Arlen admire. 

They also get PG rated calendar with scantily clad women doing construction work. 

Women can somehow get away with wearing a fancy dress on any occasion, you as a man are going to look weird if you show up in a 3 piece suit and that's not how you normally dress.Assuming you are a homeowner already, home maintenance (& costs) is an easy topic that you can certainly talk to anyone about that is a landlord, since they have your problems x 10.
