My biggest weakness is structuring deals to where I am able to competently pay any investor back their portion lent.

Networking is a weakness for me, and I'm sure others could benefit from suggestions that could enrich their business as well.

So to combat that weakness I plan on asking people in the are, like yourselves, for opinions on the area.

I think credit worthiness, net worth, experience with similar asset class plays a role as well.. being weak in some areas adds liability to the lender and may raise LTV or interest rate..

I don't know, negotiations are my weakness. 

I would say the one thing that I believe will contribute to my success is my struggle with chronic illness. the strength of character I was forced to develop as well as my drive to get better despite the setbacks can help me avoid being derailed in my real estate journey.

Don't cut yourself short by waiving late fees or ignoring your eviction process because the tenant will smell your weakness and take advantage of you in other ways.I don't know the Maryland law but my state says it is illegal for the owner to apply the security deposit to any charges before the lease is terminated and the tenant is out.

$100 is weak... even $200-$300 is questionable....you need to aim higher...$400-$500 is optimal.don't do deals that produce $100...
