Compiling a legit investors list is quite simple.

I compiled a list and am sharing it back with BP members.

I am compiling a list of questions and concerns, but wanted to see if anyone in the BP community has had experience with this sort of thing.   

To keep this simple I'll stick to the texting example: I compile a text message then have to individually send it to every tenant.
