I am a good public speaker and enjoy explaining things to people with great effect.

(REIA's are entertaining and a fun way to spend an evening, unfortunately most of the members are trying to find that magic way to get rich, at REIA you will find that many of the speakers and some of the sharks see you as a source of income and will up-sell you more seminars and courses, or motivate you to buy their properties at a great profit for themselves)Thanks One more question what do people think about mentor programs that you pay for how have they helped you or how have they not ?

We are having several national speakers this year with classes on Saturdays.

West Michigan REIA meets second Monday of each month at 6pm at Buffalo Wild Wings on 44th St in GR - great networking group, haves and wants, sometimes they have a speaker.

Tomorrow there is going to be a speaker name Lance Edwards giving a presentation at the AREA Reic on mf acquisitions.

Speakers are local experts who speak for the exposure that it gives them rather than the opportunity to sell something.

If your REIA is like mine, there is usually a speaker who has a product or service to sell.

Johnson's is just networking with no speakers.
