@Matt Schelberg might know as he does Baltimore city rental inspections.In all of my units though, I provide a wall mounted fire extinguisher in the kitchen. 

I just have a clause that they can not connect anything to the building, no dish mounts on the roof, etc.  

So a video tour would be nice.The advantage to me, if it will work is that, is that I could use it mounted on an ATV driving around property and even consider buying a drone, such as the DJI Phantom, to take aerial views and tours of my land. 

For those of you who have installed fire extinguishers within apartment units, any suggestions on where to mount them or how?

We would get large 18 wheeler trucks and didn't have the fancy motorized hand trucks.

Another option is to "bracket" the house connection the same way you would if you were mounting a large window box or shelf unit - you create 2-3 4x4 brackets that can transfer some of the deck load to the walls of the house.
