Just to get a bit of clarity on your first point..Once the U.S. company setup, are foreign investors able to then invest in the LLC and avoid double taxation?

I think, for clarity, I would ask myself if I would buy this purely as an investment, the "saving" $30k could cause you to make a less than optimal investment.
