If they OWN your type of property, they will prioritize the good tenants for themselves.

With that being said, one of the major things I am struggling with is deciding how much I should be prioritizing investing in my tax advantaged investment accounts vs beefing up my savings as quick as possible to have the liquid cash to get into real estate when the opportunity presents itself.  

I'm excited for it to be completed.I have started both of the other books, but prioritized some other projects, including our business and charity first and just haven't returned to complete them yet.  

Our plan, tell me what you think, everyone, is to prioritize in order: bandit signs, car wrapping, targeting distressed homes through door hangers and direct mailing, and starting a referral program ($3K referral fee if we close a deal on a house that was recommended to us).

Maybe prioritize choosing tenants that would make your first house hack experience a good one.

I prioritized learning how to analyze properties, practiced on 6 houses a day, until I found a great house-hack opportunity 5 minutes from my day job (education & discipline).  

This would greatly reduce my stress level at work knowing I have an "out" option that I could use anytime.To get to that goal, I'm prioritizing maxing out the match in my 401k plan and my Roth IRA first because it is tax efficient. 

He ended up prioritizing other projects and left mine sitting for about 2 months.

I work full time as well, have a family and I'm a newbie -- it does take some time management but I've found that if I prioritize what I need to accomplish in order to make my RE goals, I eliminate the things that distract from that.

Seeing the frequency mapped out on your list is great because it essentially prioritizes the book according to how broad their influence has been on real estate investors!
