So, to close, I'll just say that I've had the same experience with contractors (and it's not even just because we're women).

I'm thinking of starting a women's group on the north side if you're in that area.

An experienced flipper on a podcast I heard suggested approaching mailmen (and women) and basically recruiting them to work for you by offering a commission for any leads they might provide that lead to a home purchase.

Being able to control your day to day is so empowering!

He wants to put women who are in the Foster Care System who are under 18 who have children in the properties.  

Nothing bad just your normal struggling families and single men/women looking for affordable housing.The 50% occupancy is due to poor management.

My view is there is nothing wrong with empowering the person making payments (e.g. tenants in the context of BiggerPockets) to control the time/date of payment.

There are some really smart men and women on here.

Hello,I just bought a house with 7 bedrooms and 5 baths .Initial intention was a flip.However after closing,i just found out the house that shares the driveway is rented for some federal program.it sort of looks like a assisted living(because i saw some elderly women) then i also saw some toddlers and their mothers.There is about 20 people in that house which is similar to size of the property i bought.So i am trying to find out if anyone is familiar with any such programs or rents their house to Government (department of health and mental hygiene).If you do please give me some insight.Thanks in advance :)
