Otherwise, the lease rate was excellent (<$100 / month) and building price was suitably depressed due to the lease.In your instance, the lease end is far enough away that you should still be able to sell the property in 10 or 20 years.

Here that includes them ALL,,schools, cities, counties, colleges,,depend on the very real estate taxes we have ALL thought was going too high too fast NOW with depressed prices and values,,,they SHOULD,,,actually they HAVE to rachet down those tax valuations to actual numbers,,,especially if protested.

So, boom days of the 80's or late 90's cannot really repeat themsleves.Today, I believe that the growth in the Spanish market will be more gradual and sustained, which hopefully in the long run, won't lead to another property depression as we've seen in the last 7 years.

For example I always use a beige color (cream in my coffee) , a very light grey (azure snow) , and sometimes a very pale blue in laundry rooms/mud rooms etc.Gives a more “homey” feeling instead of depressing white everywhere!
