The reason larger dogs make the top of the bite list is because when a small dog such as a Chihuahua is aggressive and bites you, even drawing blood, they're not typically reported because it's small in relation to a human.

Keep in mind that a "eye for design" is good but not as critical as other qualities such as "smelling blood" (recognize a deal when it appears) - and even more important, to think on how to make it happen at the right cost (construction costs can differ dramatically, when you take non-local labor and know how to get the materials on cheap etc).

Sure, it might make it a tad tougher, and you generally will have to pay a slightly higher rate BUT you can work with a lender like Finance Of America for example or other more friendly investor lenders who MOSTLY focus on the asset itself vs your first born child, hair and blood samples etc just to get a loan.

they aren't Columbus based out of Solon ohio which is Cleveland / Akron if that's the market you are looking for. if they said they service columbus I'd laugh out loud and move on  There is more to the state of Ohio than the city of Columbus there young blood. https://spectrumnews1.com/oh/columbus/news/2023/03/30/nation...$200 billion dollars worth of projects in ohio, $159 billion in Central Ohio. $8 in every $10 dollars to ohio's economy is in Central Ohio.
