As part of a remediation, all structures on the property must be tested, and it turns out the "nice little old lady" in the second house whose been there for six years is either a meth user also, or has family that stays there who is - lots of pot paraphanalia seen during meth testing.

Again, I don't know if a California judge would agree with you.I'm personally not going to use pot but when it becomes legal in my state, my only concern will be to restrict smoking in the units and I will strictly enforce that.

This could include checking on pipes to make sure they haven't frozen in sub-zero temps, walking the property to make sure the cleaner is doing their job correctly, running a package over in-between guests, or running an item over to a guest that may have ended up not working after their arrival...like a coffee pot.
