There's a lot of KW vs EXP bashing that goes on, but they are two separate animals in my opinion with strengths and weaknesses. 

I totally overlooked dumpster, and I agree that the lawn/snow amount of $120 is weak.

I'm worried if I overlook it, I will appear weak and she will do this with other things.

If they can't come up with 75k they were probably on the weak side of being a suitable buyer IMO; I know people (including yours truly) that could just buy it on a couple of credit cards. 

.- Opaque guidelines and underwriting criteria.Every non-qm lender had some combination of 3 or 4 out of that 5, and they would basically never tell you upfront where they are strong and where they are weak, everyone promises the world and under-delivers.

My two biggest weaknesses at the moment are marketing and finding deals. 

So the moral of the story find some like minded people and see how well you work together take that time to plan for the future who has what strengths and weaknesses and do your goals align. 

Since I changed the elements I now have very weak hot water pressure through the whole house. 

The home had initially been listed at a much higher price but showed very weak.

Our lease with the manager (we realized later) had very weak consequences for their delinquency (20 days to resolve any written issue!)
