Ah...so STRs aren't just under attack in Nashville.

For those that don't know Arizona is one of the few states that have legislation in place prohibiting cities from banning and regulating STR's, however, based on the above we can see that this is under attack and will most likely be overturned at some point. 

I can see that the SFH routine has been a great experience for us and we're still happy with our tenants and the progress we've made.We've recently decided to alter our course now...we're going to regroup for about 6 months and then attack the multifamily units exclusively. 

I.E attacking pre-foreclosures and driving for dollars are 2 totally different approaches even though it's all door knocking.
