Is this a one piece shower surround, the kind you mount directly to the studs? 

Right now it seems like everyone who's big enough and can impact the country is saying "oh look, let's just say we suck and can't run a business, the government will help us out"It's obvious who will follow the motor industry, it would be the airlines (yet again)And after them?

I'm guessing that this leak was from the tank bolts, and not the bowl bolts that mount the bowl to the floor.

Another option would be to run new lines to each room and install surface mount electrical outlets.

I stopped using inspectors long ago...the last one I used said the dishwasher had a burned out motor.
