Saving commissions also on the benefits list, as most of what I'm looking at is over $1 million.I already have an LLC for my investment holding company, no problem there, will probably use serial LLC's under that for the brokerage and individual future investments, which I am looking to expand to commercial and land/development.Now, I took a couple real estate classes during my under/post-graduate years, will this usually enable me to bypass the agent exam and move straight to the brokerage one?

What airBNB doesnt realize (apparently) is that its trying to enable anyone turn their home into a hotel violates local ordinances in many of theses areas that forbid such usage that conflicts with its zoning.

The city still only fines landlord though.There are cities trying to ban the use of residential houses for STRs... and there are cities that only permit such usage if they actually register with the city and get a business license which then allows the city to better track things, collect taxes, audit and manage compliance.AirBNB tries to make things difficult for the city in that regard and tries to keep the platform gray -- encouraging and enabling continued violation and evasion of local ordinances.
