It will be fun, exciting and very energizing.You already know not to fall for the up-sale, so leave your credit cards at home.Take copious notes, be open to all the strategies they will present and do some honest soul searching as to what feels like the best fit for your present circumstances, personality and skill set.

In my early days, I too was headed down that path and a kind soul pointed me to the reality in Calif.Wishing you nothing but success in your REI experiences.

Renting can be hard on the soul.

But if you lack confidence and/or motivation, you're sunk.I would encourage you to do some real soul-searching as to what is holding you back from getting started, assuming that you have not done so.

For all you brave souls venturing into North BK: If you didn't get robbed by the wholesaler, your construction zone probably will be. 

For us, it took a lot of faith for me to step out of my soul-killing job and not know what I was supposed to step into.
