I live in Mesa, which is close to Chandler, and I can see renting a home out for a season like to snow birds or possibly during baseball spring training but never would have expected weekend/weekly rentals as out performing traditional rentals with the high turn over and marketing costs.You have my curiosity,Casey

Here's another interesting thing that occurred to me the other day regarding Warren Buffet and what I perceive to be pricing irrationality in the investment markets: Berkshire Hathaway has been under performing lately, which is not at all usual as this company under Warren & Charlie's investment genius has consistently outperformed the S&P500 year in and year out.
