The objective is to build a profitable portfolio and when you begin chasing doors you ignore the fundamentals your underwriting should focus on and make bad investment decisions. 

Considering a PM company's main objective should be to represent the landlord's best interests, some expenditures might seem questionable and could have been avoided.- It seems that their prices are substantially higher than what would normally be charged for the same services.

I will say though, if you take a look objectively you might easily find a way to adjust the floor plan with just adding a wall or door.

The biggest thing I can't get over, is the new agent objections.

It's a struggle.In my business, I am inundated with shiny objects that promise to make my business run better, faster, produce more income, etc.

Take your risk tolerance, time horizon, and investment objectives into consideration before deciding what percentage of your portfolio to allocate to cryptocurrency.

What are the terms of your proposal, and what parts of it are the landlords objecting to? 

Apparently an unstable individual can hold your rental business completely hostage by making false accusations.
